SDSU alum Dwane Brown has worked as a writer, producer, assignment editor, reporter and talk show host for leading media outlets in New York, San Francisco and San Diego. He can currently be heard on KPBS radio.
The meeting starts at 5:30 in Hardy Tower room 140.
Membership Packet:
The Spring 2009 membership packet is available for download. You can either pay online or by check -- but you still need to print a copy of the AMA application and turn it in at our meeting. This is the FINAL week we will be accepting dues.
If you have questions about membership, or if you can't attend Tuesday's meeting to turn everything in, contact Amanda: membership@sdsuama.com.
Professional Mixer + Contest:
Our members-only Professional Mixer is coming up in less than a month! Save the date: MONDAY, April 6th @ 7pm. Local and national companies from a variety of industries will be attending -- and all will have summer job or internship opportunities available for our members.
And if you're interested in graphic design, help design the official mixer invite! The invite needs to have the following: the event's date, time, casino theme ("Rolling the Dice"), and a mention of SDSU's American Marketing Association. Entries must be submitted to careers@sdsuama.com by this Friday, March 27th. Get creative!
